How We Do Business
By keeping a low volume of business in the pipeline at any one time.
While others may be closing BILLIONS of dollars in loans, we are closing each and every transaction on time, on budget, and with an absence of stress. Our focus is on solutions, deadlines and a successful and positive close. Low Volume = High Service
By completing all research analyses in the first 48 hours of the contract.
While others toss their files into their processing system hoping they come out the other end, we are carefully checking, analyzing and completing the internal research necessary to ensure the client will get exactly what he or she expects. Exacting Work = Exact Results
By interviewing the buyer with our full attention and intelligence.
It is critical that we understand your client’s short and long term goals to truly serve them. While others mail out loan forms to your clients, we facilitate with kid gloves. Whether it’s long distance via phone or face to face, we are completing 100% of the loan application paperwork for your clients. Personal Service = Fulfilled Buyers
By executing a calendar of deadlines of your Purchase Contract.
We mark every deadline onto the master calendar on our desks. This includes the date our appraiser committed to, as well as when client and escrow items must be in. When are your conditional and final loan approval letters due? We know and we commit to them. Deadlines = Delivery
By maintaining a close working relationship with appraisers we trust.
While others receive late or low appraisals, we are problem solving with our appraisers at the beginning of your contract. If the appraiser makes an assurance to a delivery date, he keeps it. Partnerships = Commitment
You will find us extremely responsive, intelligent in problem solving and adept at helping all parties keep on track with their goals, objectives and promises. We have saved many transactions over the years due to our own strong, personal commitment to the integrity and values of our clients and their future.
Is a working partnership in our future?
